Many would argue that the current system is, indeed, massively inefficient, complete with numerous pain points. International transfers are tedious and many savings banks still charge ridiculous fees. On a practical use case, there are crypto currencies that solve all of these issues for me. I have chosen explicitly to use crypto over cash, not because I’m some “die hard Bitcoin maximalist”, but because it is legitimately more convenient. There are hundreds of millions like me, and adoption is growing nearly exponentially.
